Balaganchik: Circus Shanty.

A space of  contemplation on the coexistence of humanity in the collective unconscious, where external fears create a sense of an inescapable space. It explores the theme of the "inner prison" that individuals place themselves in and subsequently seek to find an exit from, a concept widely depicted from mythology to contemporary art. The trickster, perhaps the quintessential hero of humanity, aids in overcoming absurd situations through humor and sarcasm.

Curated by Tamara Tanatarova and Olyas Dreams. Featuring Alex Mu, Gotocamden, Stasy Vo, Andy i Za, Anna Molodtsova, Iga Dziga, Evgeniya Tarabrina, Irina Tall, by Tata, Natalia Klimenko, Olesya Rosani, Vassilii Sharapov, Merkovitch, Saha Palm, Sadface, Alyona Chernich, Alfia Shamsutdinova, Sprats&Bread, Anastasia Kirillova, Marina Kashitskaya, Slouwf, Vaiia, Anastasia Pan, Anna Polani, Anna Tararova, Arif, Fantazery Art Group, Toriaova, Romashka666, Veronika Nazarova, Vlada Stoyakina, Bezmen, Nte, Egor Philppov, Ika Wajtlajt, Inna Makaganchuk, Lilia Kim, Unikakaya, maii0k, Maxim Samocvet, Yayo, Misha Rubankov, Creativegonzo, Nadia L, Andrushaewa, Morkovkin, PixFix, NordicBo, Olesya Korbat Rybak, Polina Kuzbozhevaa, Polina Saveme, Sima, Malevetch's Slaves, Yarlov Sergey, Timothey Maximov, Orbitless Moon, Lena Tunina, Junna Nikitina, Yana Tark.

About.

The Wrong Biennale is an independent, multicultural, desentralised and collaborative international art biennial founded in 2o13 by David Quiles Guilló, and organised by The Wrong Studio.

A pioneering online art event that was born to showcase digital and new media art to a global audience and has grown to become a massive international community and a global reference in the art scene.

A melting pot for the established, the emerging and the underrepresented, to explore creativity and digital culture in a positive and constructive way, The Wrong showcases a wide range of cultures, styles, and mediums to a global audience, fostering a more inclusive and diverse digital art scene, and encouraging artistic growth and experimentation.

Bringing together curators, artists and institutions, online and offline, every two years, garnering praise from worldwide press, art community and public, and rendering institutional recognition and awards like SOIS Cultura and the honorific mention by European Commission S+T+ARTS prize.

The Wrong Biennale has featured work by over ten thousand artists and curators, showcased in over seven hundred pavilions, embassies and institutions around the world.
