Algorithms no longer merely represent reality but actively generate it, collapsing the line between mediation and existence. Images, sounds, and texts become agents that perform reality through hidden infrastructures coded with political and economic agendas. To navigate this opaque landscape, we must rethink media literacy as an exploration of algorithmic performativity, where artists and critical thinkers help us expose, question, and reimagine the unseen systems that already predict, guide, and shape our lives.
