People Watching interweaves free stock photography with real and generated captions. The exhibition mirrors the content you'd stumble through in a Feed - images featuring people trying to connect, captioned with celebrations, moody reflections, political diatribes, advertisements, and more of the mundane. The exhibition blends together work from over a hundred artists (who aren't even aware of their collaboration or the captions applied to their work) to tell a story about what memory objects carry, collage and curation, observation, intimacy, and loneliness.
Work by Fadhil Abhimantra, Prince Akachi, Anna Ayrapetyan, Brooke Balentine, Olena Bohovyk, Christopher Cambell, Albert Dera, Kimson Doan, Jessica Felicio, Jimmy Fermin, Mattheus Ferrero, Vince Fleming, Ina Garbé, Rafael Garcin, Toa Heftiba, Nguyễn Hiệp, Tan Kaninthanond, Anna Keibalo, Jurica Koletic, Tsuyoshi Kozu, Alexander Krivitskiy, Klara Kulikova, Gustavo Leighton, Hongji Li, Stephanie Liverani, Mailchimp, Raspopova Marina, Rachel McDermott, Marvin Meyer, Bahareh Moradian, Katie Mukhina, Jake Nackos, Houcine Ncib, Tyler Nix, Ayo Ogunseinde, Ashley Piszek, Marcos Paulo Prado, Ary Pura, Jessica Radanavong, Jens Riesenberg, Adrià Sánchez Roqué, Ivan Rudoy, Rizky Sabriansyah, Marcin Sajur, Aedrian Salazar, Uliana Semenova, Jana Shnipelson, Mircea Solomiea, LinkedIn Sales Solutions, Stefan Stefancik, Sander Traa, Tommao Wang, & more.
